HATHA YOGATRANSFORMATIONAL YOGA
Hatha yoga is a preparatory process of yoga. The word “ha” means sun, “ta” means moon. “Hatha” means the yoga to bring balance between the sun and the moon in you, or the Pingala and Ida in you. You can explore Hatha yoga in ways that take you beyond certain limitations, but fundamentally, it is a physical preparation – preparing the body for a higher possibility.It is a very powerful way of living. Power, not over somebody else; it’s all about power to access life. In this session we teach Energy regulation, partial exercise, Asanas and Relaxations.
Transformational Yoga is an integral approach to physical health, emotional balance, and mental and spiritual clarity founded and created by Swami Vidyanand, a renowned yoga master.
Transformational Yoga gives you the tools you need in order to make a difference in your everyday life. In depth focus of asanas, the chakras, mantras, and breathing and meditation techniques gives you the knowledge you need to purify your body, stabilise your emotions, focus your mind, and increase your spiritual well-being.
Swami Vidyanand says: “Transformational Yoga is a means to relax, clean and awaken all seven Chakras through Yogasana, Pranayama and Mantra.”
Transformational Yoga is available to all. Pre and post natal, for corporates, for children and young people, and for specific issues such as reproductive difficulties or terminal diseases, we can tailor a Transformational Yoga programme for your needs.
