The course on Chakras contains the teachings about the chakras and their affects in our practical life and within us. This course also has the meditation part which can be done on your own after the course, this meditation is a type of chakra meditation.
Besides these, this course is also composed of the healing technique called Chakra massage, which can be applied on self as well as give chakra healing to others. This healing practice is very much effective for inner relaxation, purification and balance which automatically calms the system from unnecessary stress and builds up the energy levels in proper way from deep within ourselves.
