The schedule of the one day package program with us in general is:
- 8:30 – 10:00 morning yoga session
- Breakfast break
- 12:00 – 1:00 Healing session ( Reiki / Lama fera )
- Lunch break
- 14:00 – 15:00 Sound Bath session / 15:00 – 16:00 Meditation session
